The Inside Eye Design Studio is a boutique interior design firm based in San Jose, California. We specialize in full-service interior design for custom homes, remodels, and furnishings. Our design style is deeply inspired by our clients, providing them with innovative and unique designs curated to their personal tastes. We strive to curate designs that are personal, classy, and quirky, creating an intentional mix of styles that are both unique and cohesive. We work collaboratively with architects, contractors, vendors, and tradespeople to execute thoughtfully designed details while consistently communicating creative solutions to our clients.
HARITHA PRASAD
PRINCIPAL DESIGNER & FOUNDER
After earning a bachelor’s degree in architecture, Haritha worked as an architect and an Interior designer for several years in India. After moving to the US, she navigated the differences in construction techniques by pursuing a master’s in construction engineering. Her passion for design led her back to interior designing, where she now applies her extensive experience and knowledge in construction. Haritha not only designs aesthetically pleasing spaces but also ensures that all technical aspects are meticulously addressed.
THE PROCESS
VIRTUAL CALL AND SITE VISIT
We start with an initial 30-minute complimentary virtual consultation where we discuss our design styles, methods, and mode of work. We then meet at the site to discuss your project in detail, including your expectations, budget, and design inspiration. This helps us craft a comprehensive project scope and budget.
DESIGN AND REVIEW
During the Design Phase, we start with an onboarding questionnaire to understand your room-by-room requirements. This detailed questionnaire helps us get started with the entire design process. After gathering your preferences and needs, we move into the design phase, where we create initial concepts and layouts. Through multiple collaborative reviews, we refine and finalize the design, ensuring every element of the room, including accessories and fixtures, meets your expectations and vision.
SOURCING, TRACKING AND DOCUMENTATION
In this phase, we handle all the details to bring your design to life. We begin with sourcing high-quality materials, furnishings, and accessories that align with your design vision. Once selections are made, we meticulously track orders and deliveries to ensure everything arrives on time and in perfect condition. Throughout the process, we maintain thorough documentation, keeping you informed with regular updates and ensuring a seamless execution of your project.
EXECUTING YOUR VISION
In this phase, we work closely with general contractors and tradespeople to ensure your design vision is executed flawlessly. We document all necessary details and conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress. Our team supervises the installation of all elements, ensuring everything aligns with the design plan. This meticulous attention to detail culminates in the final reveal, where your dream space comes to life.
